Exceptional

The room was small but very comfortable and I loved that it had a personality with some actual decoration and paintings instead of the standard fits all hotel room. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is not super central but it is walking distance to the center.

Brilliant stay in a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and great breakfast.

They have a slight issue with their drains. So upon entering our room one noticed a whiff.

Very comfy, easy to find, good breakfast.

Secure parking in the centre of Bordeaux, super comfy beds, helpful and friendly staff.

The car park to the left of the hotel is secure and does not belong to the hotel....it was open when we arrived and then couldn't get car out for a while ! The correct car park to the right has the old name of the hotel on it so confusing !

Superb

Nice location within 10 mins of Bordeaux city centre, excellent and super polite staff. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. Fresh pastries for breakfast.

The options at the breakfast buffet was limited, would have liked a bit more of it.
