Christmas decor was amazing. Everything was clean enjoyable and was welcoming.

Building #1s elevator was going out. It was very bouncy and scary to ride on to get toc4th floor.

The property was clean and very festive (decorated for Christmas). There were a lot of activities right on property that were affordable.

There is no continental breakfast. It seems weird to have a properly that offers SO muchnot offer a simple continental breakfast.

We will not use booking.com or Marriott lodging in our traveling

Totally disappointed in the room I had ordered a one bedroom Villa with a full kitchen and balcony did not have any of those we were in a guest room by the maintenance room couldn't use our phones inside the room because it was like in a basement tried to negotiate with Marriott and booking.com both blame the other for the mishap with no results

The only complaint we had was that the buildings were numbered, but were a little difficult to tell where our room was.

Met or exceeded our expectations.

It was supper clean. We were in a 1 bedroom Villa and it was very large with a good floor plan. The lobby/welcoming building was beautiful. The buildings and grounds were very well kept. Im not sure how old the property is, but our room in Building 1 looked newly remodeled. The staff was very courteous. I highly recommend a stay here and dont think you will be disappointed.

We were there in early November and although it was chilly, our room seemed a little warm at 73 for sleeping. We turned the temp down to 68 but it never got cooler than 72. The thermostat may need to be checked.

Disappointing

They dont communicate.

Pleasant and quiet

The air conditioner would not cool the room and it was very damp. Also, when I called about the property to check if they had elevators and where single rooms might be, they said they couldnt tell me that. I clearly wasnt asking about my specific room, I was asking general questions and they wouldnt answer.
