Guests have had great experiences at the Marriott Napa Valley Hotel & Spa. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and clean. The location is ideal, close to wineries and a Brazilian steakhouse. The staff (Read More) is friendly and helpful, with special mentions to David for his attentiveness during a medical emergency. However, there were some issues such as a lack of hot water and dim lighting in the rooms. The beds were too soft and the yoga session was not as expected. Some front desk staff were also described as grumpy.

Napa Valley comfort

The facility is beautiful and clean. The added bonus is the smores that are made available (free of charge).

First and foremost, the curbside appeal is very deceiving. Its not appealing! Secondly, there is no water in the room. You will need a water bottle and have to go fetch water from a dispensary every time you need drinking water. This is not ok for people who need water for meds or who have limited mobility. Water should also be made available inside of a hotel room, especially at The Marriott.

So basic! I would definitely not stay again. So terribly disappointing

It needs a massive refurbishment Its so old & basic The staff on reception werent friendly & helpful upon check in The lift wasnt working The lighting in the room was terrible There was minimal car-parking

Conference attendee staying for a week

Perfect location for a conference!

Hours of the SPA were not ajusted to the conference...Pool was too cold. The food was not diverse enough.

The customer service was great, there were different activities, and great location. It was close to downtown and the jazz festival.

The bedroom didnt have hand soap or additional toilet paper.

location, layout & access to outdoor games, gathering spaces. Front desk staff very professional & accommodating. Enjoyed lobby coffee but $20/day was too much.

Room rate seemed exorbitant. Parking was a challenge in the evening. Would have appreciated a microwave to reheat coffee. Room was very dark; better task lighting needed. Needed a freezer to chill a cold pack for an injury, only had a mini-fridge.

The staffs are nice and pool looks good.

The housekeeper didnt clean up the fridge. There is leftover food in the fridge, and no bottle water available in the room. :(

It did the trick for it's purpose

The location was convenient to get anywhere but definitely didn't feel like a walking place-I was at a conference and food was adequate nothing special otherwise didn't eat at hotel

spa was closed-didn't really get an overview upon checkin so didn't even know about the South Yard for example until we were leaving.
