Clean and comfortable room, attentive, staff, good location, and good value.

Needs more lighting in the bathroom. Was difficult to see to do make up.

Stay was good. Beds were comfortable. Dinner was a no no. Not coming back

The place was clean and very nice overall for the price

1.- The metal bed frames are dangerous given the small space in between the beds and the room desk. I hit myself with the edge of the lower part of the frame, still hurts. 2.- We came down for dinner at around 8:50. We ordered fried shrimp and a chicken pesto sandwich. The food took 40+ min to be served, the shrimp was hard, liked it had been pre cooked then microwaved. Nasty. Then the sandwich came out like 10 min after, mozzarella cheese was cold, and the sandwich not that good( fries at least were). We spoke to the receptionist/server about the sandwich and the shrimp. We told her the food was not good and that we werent gonna eat the sandwich, she proceeded to take it and just charge us for the shrimp.

Everything but the staff. Good treadmills at the gym

We arrived earlier than the check in hours and they did not allowed to leave our suitcases in the front desk. They charged the deposit for accidentals without informing the customer. If I did not ask, they would not tell me.

It was a pleasant stay but let down by reception staff on who were too busy talking to each other.

Good quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable. Food quality was good

Breakfast coffee was overbrewed, lukewarm and horrible. Having to collect food from the bar area which was full and very loud.

Enough space for 2 beds and the room was fairly clean.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged and took a while for the water to drain. Also, the 2 rooms we booked were both located at the back of the hotel and was a bit noisy, especially in the morning. We heard all the traffic noises, and garbage trucks.
