Location is great and staff is wonderful.
Beautiful facility, welcoming and friendly and helpful staff. We had a wonderful experience. Christmas tree above lobby lounge is beautiful.
WiFi was not free! Rooms are a bit pricey.

The property itself was nice.
They did not have my BOOKING.COM reservation in their system and would not honor it. A big convention was in town that weekend so thankfully they had an available room. But they wouldn't tell me how much they were going to charge for the room. When I checked out after 3 nights, they printed a receipt for my "whole stay" that was just under what I had booked through BOOKING.COM, so I didn't ask to speak with a manager at that time.... but then they charged my credit card another charge the next day for 50% more. So I got raked over the coals with pricing. I WON'T USE BOOKING.COM IN THE FUTURE, AS I DON'T KNOW IF I ACTUALLY HAVE A RESERVATION. THE BOOKING.COM CONFIRMATION NUMBER MEANT NOTHING TO THE MARRIOTT MANAGER AND RECEPTIONIST.

Pleasant stay!
Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
The showers need to be updated. Signs of mold and mildew in showers. The bar was closed in the middle of the day and morning.

The location is great and the amenities are very nice, great gym.
The windows all face the inner court - very disconcerting to have people walking by, which means the curtains needed to be closed 100% of the time.

Other than the air conditioning problems, it was a great stay
I love that the property was very clean and staff members were accomodating. There's a starbucks on site and a bar with decent hours. Breakfast was great and the area is very walkabale.
This was my second time staying in this hotel and there were problems with the A/C on both occasions. We couldn't get cool enough to sleep. I dislike the cloth headboards and wish they would replace those. I also wish they would make wi-fi free for all paying guests, not just those who book directly on their site.
