Nice hotel and good value for money

Breakfast was good and overall good value for money.

Barely warm water in the shower, sliding door in the restroom did not close well.

After check out I got charged a cleaning fee for a pet I never had in the room. Is this the kind of hotel u want to stay at where they cant even get it straight which rooms have pets

I would never stay at that property again they are so unorganized and dont know what they are going

The front takes did not know what they were doing serious lack of communication and than after I checked out I was charged a $250 cleaning fee the hotel said I had a cat. I have no animals nor did any animal enter my room during my stay I ask you how does this nonsense happen

My keycard kept failing. When i asked about it the rep told me not to put it in the same pocket as electronics. What?! Its 2023. I dont have this problem at other hotels or inns. EV chargers are not economically priced.

Exceptional

We wont be staying anywhere else when we come to Northern CA.

Everything was perfect clean, the price was great, breakfast was great, and all the staff was great. One particular Ms. Julia (from the breakfast room) was just so pleasant. She really has a beautiful energy.

There was nothing to not like, we liked everything.

Convenient but needs some work with the TV's, the bathrooms, and the connecting doors.

The rooms are always clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great!

I don't like the fact that the TV has to be operated manually in various rooms. I usually stay here for my business trips because of the staff and location but the fact that the TV's are older, and you have to turn them on/off and work the volume manually is kind of annoying. Sometimes I just want to watch a movie until I fall asleep and having to get out of bed to turn it off or up/down the volume is very inconvenient. They have two controllers in the room and only one works for changing the channels and that's it. I also don't like the fact that even though I request rooms with no connecting doors, I somehow almost always end up with a connecting door and you can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door... conversations, snoring, moaning, you name it. Also, I have been getting the outdated rooms lately, not sure why but I used to get the updated rooms at the beginning, the ones with the nice glass shower doors, but lately I've been getting the ones with the older tubs and no shower doors. Sometimes I forget to position the curtain inside the tub, and I end up with a huge puddle of water in the bathroom.

Exceptional

I loved everything. From the quick check in, front desk receptionist was considerate to ask if we had a preference to the second or first floor. We've never been asked that before so it was super nice. The lobby was open and celebratory. The room was nice and spacious with enough window space to let fresh air in. The bathroom was stocked with enough shower towels. Breakfast was AWESOME. Shoutout to the ladies in the kitchen in the morning. There are some hungry and busy people but these ladies know how to carry a conversation and show that the guests are welcomed and remembered time after time.

Excellent value for the money.

Clean, spacious room; Hot tub; breakfast was good (really nice to have miso soup, kimchi) ; free, easy parking; keurig coffee in room; loved the shower with great water pressure;

Biscuits and gravy, bacon would have been excellent addition for breakfast;
