Enjoyed the location and general facilities of the lodge. would use again but would report cleaning issues on arrival i

As the lodge was on a corner it was very private especially when using the hot tub. We loved using it at night and looking at the stars.

Arrival and departure times were 5 pm and 9 am to allow more time for cleaning etc. We were disappointed with overall cleanliness- cobwebs hanging from light fitting in lounge, lots of dust on TV and surrounds. I had to clean the table top myself before we could use it. Checking under beds on departure there were a lot of fluff balls and odd bits presumably from previous guests. The handrail next to hot tub steps was very wobbly and needs securing for safety.

Lovely stay, would return

Lovely, well equipped and spacious property with beautiful surroundings of trees with squirrels jumping through them.

We felt the hot tub needed a good clean as there was scum gathering around the tip of the water and sides when the jets were on which was a little off putting.
