Lovely friendly hotel with high standards of quality and cleanliness. We will definitely come back.

What a lovely place. The staff were extremely friendly. The location is great with lovely views across the bay and no traffic noise. A very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep and a lovely breakfast. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely come back.

Location was great with fantastic views across the bay. The staff were really friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable.

It wasnt a problem at all for us but there wasnt a lift so access may be problematic for the infirm ?

Staying at this side of the Scaborough made realise the beauty of the place.

All staff was very friendly, the place was clean and comfortable.

There was 4 pillows on a double bed and I must say they could definitely do with brand new ones. I slept okay but with three pillows on top of each other.

Very clean and well run accommodation. Would happily return

Cosy guest house, a friendly welcome, shared lounge very comfy, nice to meet other guests. Great location in front of walk down to clock cafe and a few minutes walk over to south bay and town. Free on street parking. Breakfast freshly cooked and very good. Comfortable bed. Although the room was not overly big it was sufficient for what we needed. Clearly the owners take a lot of care and pride in the accommodation they provide.
