Very good

Christmas stay at Sunsets

The lovely Tracey was very helpful during the self-check-in process. It was Christmas Day and Tim Tams and bags of crisps were complimentary. Room was very clean, comfortable and dinette fully stocked.

Hot water was scaldingly hot and quite dangerous when showering. The tiles in the corridor leading to the rooms need to be cleaned with a high pressure cleaner. Air freshener was overpowering - headache material.

Pleasant and restful.

The balcony to sit outside. The member of staff was very helpful on my arrival. The room was furnished with settee and coffee table as well as a bed which added to the comfort.

It was all good.

Superb

Most enjoyable & Well worth the stay

We had rm 52. upstairs. It may be a little small for some, but we found it very comfortable. Very well equipped. Comfy bed. Warm Shower & there is a bath. Lots of personal touches with plenty of supplies which made our stay more homely. Car parking is well secured & easily accessed. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

Nothing. It would be good if the council placed clear street names up for visitors. Sutton St is not clearly signposted & that was an inconvenience for us on arrival.

Passable

Enjoyable, was looking forward to a quiet peaceful, getaway.

Location good

Not sure if I got the room I paid for. Was extremely small. Balcony too small, as well, would have loved to sit there. Too much in the room, like flowers, less is more, could use a bit more space. Not much table space. Lot of noise, some confusion in the night, in the corridor.
