Very pleasent and Friendly Staff? Food was also Excellent? That's my Second Visit and I Would Strongly Recommend The Mandarin Plaza Hotel in Cebu

Burocracy in hotel branch

Bed was good

Check in and check out. Staff did not check sufficient if breakfast was included or not and tried to have it paid double. I asked to have a half hour belated check out due to specific circumstances ( from 12.oo to 12.30). They did not allow us.

You had to let them know that you need the room to be cleaned and the replenish the water and toiletries, otherwise the room is unkept, no drinking water, fresh towels and toiletries.

Central for a short stay. Security is good. The bed was good in a deluxe room firm enough.

Location is good for Ayala mall and taxis right outside to take you anyplace. The rooms are spacious with good beds.

The swimming pool was closed being repaired.. Rather a bland breakfast. 20% overpriced.

Outstanding value and location in Cebu

You get such amazing value for your money. I really enjoyed my stay there. Bed was very comfortable, decent WiFi thru out and great location just being a few mins walk from Alaya. Plus lots of restaurants and shops close by. I will definitely staying again. Oh yea. Staff super friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately pool and gym were closed when I was there. TV bit outdated. Would be better with one with hdmi in so can connect own devices.

They have poor service and some of the staff are reckless resulting in the damaged of my luggage.

Breakfast is good

The staff damaged my luggage. He broke the handle when I left the luggage in concierge, I filed a complain on Nov 12 but until now nothing happens. What a poor service
