Staff was the key, over expected and fantastic.

We had three different bookings across our trip in Egypt in this Hotel. Each of them were excellent at all on the overview matters. Wed like to state in this review a special mention about the Reception Manager (Reda): By far wide this is a man with a long experience working in hotels, very likely 5 stars, as he was exceptional in whatever matters we had to get solved out. He was on charge of absolutely everything we needed or asked, always bringing back a positive and very satisfied solution for it, from small petitions to bigger matters :). Always, but always, with the right attitude and a honest smile. Polite, kind, friendly enough, and extremely professional, he makes us feels more than once like an experience in a hotel 5 stars, which was very valuable after a long days out there in Cairo, having and atmosphere of relax when you get back to the hotel and feeling that they really take care of you with regards to your experience overall. The hotel is well established with a full staff for many different services, there is always someone to go ahead quickly and nicely with our necessities. He was brilliant, but is fair as well to mention all the staff was always excellent on positive and nice attitude. Staff incredible at all :) We have been far far over expected in this matter Thanks guys to you all :) !

Best panaroma view of the pyramids and sphinx.

The location and the view from the restaurant on top of the hotel.

Still have plenty of rooms for improving the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom and toilet.

Great location, friendly and reliable.

The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful.

My room with views of the pyramids had someone elses terrace attached in front of the window which prevented us from opening the curtains as there were people in the terrace. Thats why the window had a privacy screen so you can see the pyramids from the top half of the window.
