Very good

Room was very nice and spacious and wifi reception was really good. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and breakfast was great - there was always fresh fruit! Late afternoon/evening you can go for a nice run on the beach. Restaurants and bars are just 5 minutes walk -either on the street or beach.

Great location ! Amazing sunrise , sunset and beach !!

Amazing view , just in front of one of the best beaches of the island . Perfect quite place for a couple or family with kids and the stuff was so helpful and kind !! Definitely will recommend to anyone who wants to visit the island !!

Great value for money

Perfectly located on Kai Bea beach that is much quieter than e.g. white sand beach, tho the busy street is within a short walk on the beach or road. At first glance the building doesnt seem very attractive, the accommodation is in a couple of bland hotel blocks but the room was good value for money and very spacious (we had the superior room on second floor). Staff very friendly. Breakfast can be also taken out to tables at the sea front. Yes breakfast is basic but one cant expect the variety of expensive resorts Fresh fruit every day (pineapple, dragonfruit, watermelon), freshly prepared fried eggs, bread-butter-jam, sausages, ham, a choice of Thai dishes ecc. we bought some yoghurt and cheese in the supermarket nearby and were satisfied.

Great buffet breakfast! Nice big comfortable room. Friendly staff. Very good location next to a white sand beach and close to restaurants and shop. Beautiful swimming pool on rooftop

Excellent value for money and if you like the Thai style sabei sabei approach you will feel at home.

Location superb, beautiful views and friendly staff. Thai style resort, so well kept and upgraded where needed. Great aircon.

Not that convenient for lunch. Breakfast need bacon.

The best and charming hotel I stay on koh Chang

The best value of my staying 4 hotels on koh Chang. More than my expectation. Beautiful white sand beach and mild sea water for swimming. Stunning viewpoint, warm and friendly staffs. They hang 2 bottles of water everyday on my door. Beside, very good Thai and the western style breakfast buffet included the price of room. The elevator is very convenient for the seniors with big luggage. Everything is good. More than my expectation.

This hotel provides very good breakfast. Still at present kitchen does not open for lunch and supper. You need to walk 500-700 meters or ride a motorbike to the restaurant on Main Street . The weather is hot during the day time this year. It will be wonderful if the hotel provides the catering services as before. I guess the pandemic has destroyed the business on this beautiful island. Still I recommend Kai Bea is the best and charming area on koh Chang.
