Poor

Resort was nice and beautiful. But the guy which was staying in reception, he disappointed me.

I rented a bike for 2 days and the guy in the reception forgot my payment and ask me to pay twice. Second things was more disappointing. I filled up benzine to submit bike back. I just drove from PTT station to hotel. Bike's tank was full but receptionist ask me for 10 baht. I spent more than 8-9K baht in 2 days at hotel. For room rental, lunch and for dinner but receptionist ask me for 10 baht. Hotel has gotten 10 baht but lost costumer. Until that time I was planning to go there again but this poor behavior changed my mind. 10 baht doesn't make me rich or poor but I am sure that it will effect your review. What a poor management!!!

Superb

Very enjoyable and relaxing.

Location ok if you want peace and quiet, all the staff were great and the outside seating was nice with beautiful sunsets. A few small shops and eating places outside hotel.

The large spider that was in our room when we arrived but one of the hotel staff kindly removed it without harming it.

Lovely garden

Beautiful garden and a nice pool. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was great, breakfast was okay, but the staff were very inattentive and tables werent cleaned between guests. Nice bungalows, but in need of an upgrade, especially the bathrooms, and the ac was either full on or off, and no remote. Small beach that was okay at high tide, no chairs to sit on. Would have been great with some canoes for rent. It could be a gem, with some changes made, but as for now, I would not go back.

Breakfast not that good all 3 days stayed there was the same need to improve

Location is good but a little bit too far from the pier

Room needs to fix some closet and sliding door locks need to replace a new one .

Disappointing. Does nt get our recommendation.

Beachfront gardens and the walkway were very nice and the general area is beautiful, very clean well maintained

Breakfast was rubbish, there was no buffet because there were nearly no other customers. Omelettes are made with not real.eggs but powdered egg. The sausages are the lowest cheapest quality hotdogs. So too the ham, just poor quality processed crap. Awful.3-1 coffee. The swimming pool was small 10m, rooms very old and tired, really need update, poor is wifi.

Very good

The resort was very nice a lovely staff. The seaside bungalow was nice but needed a little maintenance. Breakfast was basic but good no complaints.

The location was a long way from white sands and very at night to ride back. The location is quite which was good and the staff arranged a taxi to take us to whites one evening. If you were staying longer than a few days would need to think about location.

Enjoyable, pleasant and relaxing.

Good location. I stayed in a seaside bungalow on the beach which was nice and quiet. The Reception staff are friendly and helpful, with good English. The grounds are pretty with plenty of birds, butterflies, etc. Breakfast OK - one or two Thai choices, and eggs cooked to order how you want them. Fresh fruit and pancakes. The pool is very nice, but also small, so gets crowded quickly. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, but I rented a scooter from the resort (250TB/day) because I wanted to travel around the island.

The bungalow I stayed in was pleasant, but overdue for a refurb. Asmentioned, the pool area is small and gets crowded quickly because there is no beach at the resort. Plenty of other good beaches nearby though :)
