Good! Will get back soon but hopefully all emhancements and refurbishment are done and some assets replaced with new one

I guess the sink and bath tub released dirt water in the morning and the facility could have replaced the room sofa.

Great service at a great location

Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Live music is a bonus.

The main criticism I would make of this hotel is the lack of barista-made coffee during breakfast which is now standard across most 5-star hotels in Asia. Also, bracelets used with lockers in change rooms were mostly not working during my stay. On 3 different days, I tried at least 5 different units and only one seemed to work. On my last day, I didnt bother going back to staff as I figured they were as helpless as I was to make them work.

Standard reliable business hotel

Beautiful lobby bar and very easy check in and check out process. Staff is very attentive. Rooms are spacious and with all the amenities. Room service is fast.

The lobby had a strange and unpleasant bleach smell, like old cleaning supplies. This hotel is quite old now and it shows in some details (furniture is worn out, shower head is rusty, bathroom white goods are outdated). Most TV channels are pay-per-view and the free ones were intermittently not working.

I really enjoy the hotel, especially its proximity to shopping and attractions. However, the atmosphere isn't as vibrant as it used to be, lacking the Christmas spirit once you step inside.
