Overall an enjoyable stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served good food - especially the curry. The location was fantastic.

Hot water was a mission to get for a decent shower. Close to Disney Land screams but that was our choice.

Beautiful stay and a very well kept resort right next to lake Phewa.

Clean property ideal location very friendly staff. Krishna the manager helped us organise local tour with the in-house driver Tilak and MG electric car. We are mostly in their restaurant and Krishna the restaurant manager looked after us very well.

It is close to the Disney rides so evenings can be a bit noisy for those who prefer peace and quiet. We were okay with it.

Not worth the price

The property was close to the lake. Room was spacious and the staff was polite. The food was really good and the menu was extensive.

The view from the room is obstructed, there are buildings in front which do not give u a clear view. For that price one would expect a clear view. There was issue with hot water. The way they have designed their system is that if one room leaves the tap open all rooms would run out of hot water and then the guard went to each room trying to figure where the fault was. So essentially there was no hot water in such cold weather. Also there was some fault with electricity and the lights kept going on and off. They are under staffed as security guard was doing all maintenance work as well.

The accomodation was clean and very tidy - just perfect for relaxation after a hike. Unfortunately there is an amusement park next to it - but other than that it was amazing. We really appreciated the reception personell - they help us with flights and trips, very convenient and nice!
