Nice room with a beautiful view. Staff was nice and friendly.

The property was in the middle of Lakeside and everything is near to the hotel. Plenty of parking spaces.

Good value for money, convenient location, friendly staff

Excellent Breakfast, friendly and warming staffs.

The bathroom could have been more cleaner. There was a bidet toilet seat - which was good, but it was not functioning properly.

Superb

We enjoyed the view from the top floor. Breakfast was good. Mountain View room was a good option.

Hot tub was a main reason we booked this hotel. And it was out of order. Not very sure if the steam room and sauna were in use either. Maybe ring up and check before booking, if thats what you are looking for.

Disappointing

Disappointing stay, need's a renovation

The location is good, close to everything on Lakeside. The staff was kind. The eggs/omelette station at the breakfast buffet was nice. Beds are good.

The hotel could definitely use a renovation. Everything in the room felt very used, especially the bathroom. All the tiles on the floor we're broken, the toilet hat a crack, etc. The jacuzzi was empty, the sauna and steam room also looked like they were not in use any more. There was no staff at the rooftop bar/restaurant. The pool was very small, not deep enough to even get into the water further than your hips and not very clean. In general, the rooftop area (floor 9 to 11) looked deserted. The breakfast room was way to small on the weekend and putting tables extremely close together doesn't fix that! Most of the breakfast options were below average quality/taste, especially the bakery items were very dry. Cheese was always empty, getting drinks (coffee/tea/water) from the waiters was unnecessarily complicated and the drink options were poor (only black/milk tea and instant coffee, watermelon juice and a so called "chocolate milkshake"). Not worth the money, even with a 50% discount and definitely not a four star hotel anymore.

Very poor

It's overpriced and not a 4 stars hotel.

The only good thing about it is the location

Many of, first, hot water not working, no hot water for 2 days, 2nd, wrong description, says there is bathtub in the room, but shower only, 3rd, it's nothing compare to suites, for over $100 a night, I think it's well overprice, 4th, I have to airport 8am, at that time there were hundreds of students having breakfast, filled up the rooms and I dont have a seat, stuffs offered me sit on lobby, but no one helps, so I don't have breakfast that day.

Great property for staying in Pokhara. Very helpful staff and food. The reception staff and even security personnel were extremely well behaved and humble. Great value for money.

Disappointing

Did not meet the expectation, over priced for the amenities provided.

Location was only the part which was best.

Breakfast was okay but did not meet the value. I booked a room with Jacuzzi which did not work. When I asked for extra towel they said it's 1 towel per guest (WTF). You must train your staff to knock the door before they enter the room (I was pissed off). The towels were pretty rugged and rough for the skin. It does not meet the value you pay for. There were roaches in the room. I paid almost $500 for 3 nights.
