Exceptional

The personell was extremely friendly and helpful. The furniture and design was great. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing as well. You can even use the comunity area to work the whole day, internet is very fast and you can store the luggage as long as you want. The location is also amazing....right at the port with amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was charged 3 times over the prize of 1 night

i was charged 3 times the amount of one night. I was at the hotel Oct 13 & 14, 2 nights 2 persons & paid 1379 euros while the day before from oct 12 to oct 13i paid1 night 2 persons & paid 232 euros when I booked online, i did not realized the huge amount that was indicated, so, I was charged usd 690 per night by booking when the room was 232 euros this is usd 457,5 in excess per night . understand it was a web page mistake, so please send the money back

Relaxing stay in the heart of Marseille

Really nice, clean and comfortable hotel right in the heart of the Old Port. The staff were super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. It is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The breakfast was also excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. I would most definitely stay here again.
