Great stay

The hosts/staff that manage the property were super helpful (especially Martin) and always very responsive when we wanted anything. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The location is also very central: tram stop is 5 minutes walk away, the Capucin market 10 minutes walk and you're opposite a great restaurant, La Tupina (recommend pre-booking a table at this popular restaurant)

The instructions for the apartment were not available via the QR code provided in the flat. This needs to be checked and resolved. It would also be useful to have a printed set of instructions as a back up.

Stylish apartment, handy location

Stayed in the Pink Room on the ground floor. Very nice, loved the mural on the back wall and the collection of pigs too ! Bed very comfortable, got a good nights sleep. It was great being across the alley from La Tupina, where we checked in. It smelt so delicious we booked dinner there too, which was fab, would highly recommend.

Couldnt get the wireless code. You need to scan a QR code on the wall to get the room guide but the QR reader didnt work so no guide and no code, despite the helpful efforts of the chap in La Tupina. We were only in the room for a short while apart from sleeping so it did t really make a difference.

Bordeaux is a beautiful city and this accommodation is a wonderful accompaniment to it.

We stayed in the Grey Suite - very comfortable, stylishly furnished, spacious and quiet. Well located in an attractive part of Bordeaux, walking distance to major sites and the train station. Highly recommend.

Great stay away from busy center

The room was nicely decorated clean and very large. Was provided with coffee tea and biscuits. Check in was easy at restaurant across the street. Location good walkable from train station where we arrived and picked up car No parking on site. Picked up car after checking out.

Overall super location in a bright sunny room close to transit and sights. Landlord responsive.

Did not purchase the very expensive continental breakfast. The location in St. Michel district was terrific and is close to trams and easy walking to markets, restaurants, cafes and bars. Red room was large with large separate bathroom. WiFi very weak signal. Room nicely cleaned daily as one would expect. All in all a good stay.

Weak WiFi. Grouting in shower needs attention. Single pane windows quite noisy on weekend nights. Otherwise all good.

Very good

Fantastic room in a good location but inconsistency in their servicing let them down.

The room itself was exceptional - great size, very clean and comfortable. What let them down was the inconsistency in the servicing which was hit and miss. Despite reminders, sometimes they replenished coffee, sometimes not, sometimes water, sometimes not, sometimes enough toilet paper, sometimes not.

Very poor

This is not a proper hotel. There is no lobby, no check-in, no visible door even. From the outside it looked like a hot mess, furniture piled in the windows. We did not stay.
