Amazing location from metro and bridge

I paid too much for a small room, however location is amazing and is convenient. The check-in process was extremely long, longest one I've experienced since booking for hotels and everyone was inconvenienced

Highly recommend

Nice & cozy room, employee staff so friendly, many possible choices for tasty & healthy breakfast. TV + fridge. Swimming pool, spa & gym. Exceptional view & good location to stay in. Highly recommend. Love that here and will definitely come back.

Internet connection wasn't good enough. Which is understandable when the hotel seemed to be completely full of guests.

nice location but i didnt want to be in the dirty room

the location is great

The hotel and rooms are not clean. it smels bad when you enter the hotel. a lot of dust in the rooms. The badroom had mold in it.

For superiour rooms, room amenities could be better. Very noisy upstairs with furnitures being dragged around, past 12pm

Location, fast check-in/out, pets are allowed.

Room/toilet small for superior room. No proper drinking glasses or cups. Instead paper cups. Which leaked & coffee was everywhere. Used double but still leaked.

Worth going fir the astonishing view and location.

Astonishing window view to the river. Great location in a fancy area if Rotterdam. Very good breakfast with huge choice.

SPA looks better that it really is. Swimming pool is small, sauna has a good view to the river as well, but also small. Turkish hammam didnt work at all. Gym is just a corner with a couple of cardio. As fir the room- it is rather spacious with big bathroom. However : TV is small, remote control didnt work, hair dryer didnt work as well, though was replaced by a call to room service. There is a sauna in the room!!- doesnt work, but wierd to see.
