Location was good, just down the block from the Duomo.

Comfortable bed, clean room

Absolutely no amenities, not even tissues. I would expect more from a boutique hotel. I realize many hotels have available amenities upon asking, but to not even have body lotion or tissues was unacceptable. It seems boutique hotels charge more but give you less. Bathroom outlet was coming out of wall and hallway rug was very stained.

Love it! Traveling by myself

I loved the location I walked everywhere and felt very safe. The room is a little small but had everything I needed. The staff was perfect.

I wish there was an area for breakfast. I had a little hard time find it inside de galeria. It doesnt have a good abs easy sign to see. I had to leave at 6 am and there were nobody to do the check out. I had to leave the key outside of the hotel.

Excellent location, dirty hotel.

The girl on reception

The place is grubby, I had to move my bed as I dropped something down the side, it was quite disgusting. The bedding smelt of cheap car air freshener and the water temperature changed when I had a shower. My room had very little natural light.
