Worst Experience Ever

Location.

The wife and husband team are very old. The toilet ended up clogging. The old woman (with tears in her eyes) screamed that she wanted to kill me for putting "too much tissue paper" in the toilet. As if it is my fault for their antiquated plumbing. I felt bad for the husband because he was completely overwhelmed but his wife is emotionally unstable and should not be in the hospitality business. A warning to others.

Delightful..

I chose to go out for breakfast. Located 3 mins from Belvedere. Tram stop into city centre. I preferred to walk.. 20 mins. 10 Mins to Hauptbahnhof. Extremely helpful owners. Nothing was too much for them.

No lift.. The only problem with suitcases, but Dr Mazakarini carried them up for me.

We enjoyed our stay at this place!

We really liked this place! It has a gorgeous location near the Belvedere Castle, the territory of which you can walk around every day! Tram, metro, supermarkets and delicious cafes are just within walking distance. You can find a combination of a palace interior with modern appliances inside and, of course, the hospitality and friendliness of the owners made us very happy! We really liked this place and when we come to Vienna again, we will only stay here!

Its like staying in a palace or museum, traveling back time!!! I loved the room! The owners are super helpful and friendly. They let me leave my luggage until after because my flight is at late afternoon. The location is great! You can walk everywhere.

This is an old apartment with 3 separate bedrooms rented out, each with an old fashioned wardrobe key to lock your door. My "private" bathroom was not in my room, but at the opposite end of the apartment. Bathroom was extremely small & not hygienic, it was difficult to even brush teeth at the tiny sink. Coffee making was in a shared grotty space & the first glass I went to use had lipstick on it - gross! The place was dark, smelly, unclean, not secure & unsafe. Someone had locked the front door of the apartment from the outside when I went to leave the first morning, meaning I had to use a key to get out. I don't believe this would meet any of the local fire safety building laws. Extremely dangerous. It was not as described on Boooking.com and I couldn't wait to leave. If I had of known it was more a hostel type accommodation I would never have booked it. It was one of the worst places I've stayed anywhere in the world. Creepy and horrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
