the pool was very nice and clean and location was walking distance from the beach ! we ate at the beach house restaurant it was so good !

the smell was a little unpleasant and the floors could've been cleaner but other than that it was nice .

The convenience to the Hilton and beach. Nice pool area.

On booking.com the property was described as a house. It was not a house. It was a hotel room were we were charged a $175 cleaning fee (among other fees). The air conditioner was not working on arrival. Called to report this and we were instructed to try several things to get it to work. This was not our responsibility. Finally a maintenance person came and he did several things to the unit. Upon leaving said it was fixed. It was not. After more phone calls, one person told us she was surprised the a/c was broken because it was just replaced recently. That was a lie. The unit was corroded with dust and a service report on the outside of the unit from 2018. Finally an a/c technician from an a/c company came the following day. He said that maintenance had not been done on the unit. The drain was clogged and if not unclogged it would never work. The air filter looked like it was last changed in 2018. He threw it away. I feel that if we were not so persistent with this issue we would have been completely ignored. We slept the first night with the temperature being 76 degrees

The pool was nice my kids enjoyed it

The bed was uncomfortable, there was hair on the top sheet floors was dirty pillows where uncomfortable, I told the property but they gave me no solution to anything. For what I paid I expected more well kept and bed to be a little more comfortable

Great place itself, door codes and locks were our main issue.

Perfect spot to be, located very convenient to all that is around.

No issues with the property itself- our issues stemmed from our door code being changed in the middle of our stay with no notification, leaving us locked out for hours and hours.
