Very poor

The location as it is beside the ferry terminal and near a mall.

Hygiene of the property was very bad. I entered the property only to see army of ants which I had to cleared. Food pieces on the floor left by previous users were not properly cleared. There were lot of hair strains on the floor and beds too. The bed sheets were having blood spots.

POOR TOILETRIES. ANTS WERE AROUND. THE DOOR TO AIRCON COMPRESSOR COULDN'T CLOSE.

Good for short budget stay.

Walking distance to the mall and ferry terminal

Things were falling apart in the room. Ants around the house. Facilities - gym is run down, aircon leaking. Pool is small and ok.

Strategic location

Its proximity to the ferry terminal and a mall makes it a good base. The rooms are facing the sea and the high floor allows us to be further from the occasional tooting of horns from ferries. Free bottled water and snacks were much appreciated.

Lack of handwash in the bathroom and the shampoo/shower gel came in a recycled water bottle. The dish scrub was black and should be changed. I definitely didn't think it's hygienic to use it to clean our cups and cutlery. There should also be additional floor mats for the bathroom... One outside the shower area and another outside the bathroom door.

Superb

Simple and clean serviced apartment in great location.

The location was very central. The concierge at the service apartment was helpful in getting Grab transport for us. The apartment is clean and simple. The space was perfect for 3 of us. Love the view from the 16th storey.

Need more cutlery in the kitchenette.

Very good

Convenience and comfort in the heart of Batam City.

Superb location, right next to the ferry, taxis and a good mall. The apartment had stunning views from 2 balconies and a beautiful pool, which we loved. Good restaurant on site too.

Not as clean as we would have liked or expected, but not a complaint, rather constructive criticism. There is a fridge, hot plate and kettle, 3 plates and mugs but nothing else, so self catering a little tricky.
