Nice stay

The bed was very big and comfortable. It had a nice balcony.

No parking available. But there was another parking close to the hotel (around 5 minutes from the hotel) that costs 15.

Room had a nice balcony.

The stuff was not very helpful and unprofessional. They asked twice for our credit card for the payment although everything was paid already in advance. The room is not in a good condition. The spa and wellness costs additionally and it didn't say this in the booking. Not worth 4 stars but okay for one night.

the young women from the reception how she told me no i

The young man of the night reception was very friendly and the women from the breakfast was very friendly the only nice experience we had the young man was helpful and very very friendly!

we traveled with a small dog of 7 month and we had the problem the dog make pipi in the bed i am honestly it happened 2 times . We ask the women on the reception if she can give us new bed stuff 1 time no problem but the second time she said no ! I ask her why i will pay for it and sorry is a baby dog and i dont want to sleep in dog pipi she look at me i said no and look away! And then the young friendly night receptionist came and ask what is my problem i explain him my problem he help me in 5 minutes very friendly and nice person ! But the young women from the reception the way how she say no and look away was so arrogant i get sick ! The breakfast hardcore eggs look like plastic we eat just cheese bread and drink coffee! We was booked with pet in the hotel there told us 10 extra every day funny! 18 for the parking for 1 day you have to take the parking because there no parking in the area! The hotel is very old and had is best time 20 years ago ! Air condition dont work we had cold every night ! Cleaning women start at 8:30 why i know the wake me up every morning in my holidays very noisy ! sorry but

Big room .Good variety of breakfast. Nice bar and tapas Dog friendly Car parking The massage was good and very clean area

The room needed a few repairs, and our shower didn't work, but they did fix the next day .. The spa needed some TLC, and the outside jacuzzi needed cleaning .
