Disappointing

Not a four star. Not even a two star.

The staff at reception was lovely. Thats about it.

This is NOT a four star hotel. The single bedroom has the bed right next to the door, and youll be stuck next to the elevator so forget about sleeping: youll hear everyone in the corridor. The room is dark, the aircon/heating doesnt work, the wallpaper is peeling, the walls are dirty, the ceiling is falling apart. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not book this.

Completely avoid staying here during the weekend starting Friday night!

House keeping and staff were excellent

There is a disco just opposite, was really noisy on Friday night plus there are guests from there who book rooms here and arrive around 3AM. Did not have a good night sleep

Great for location but not good for sleeping

It was close to the city center. The breakfast was also decent.

Our bed was actually two beds combined to one, and our hotel room wasnt fully sound proof, so we couldnt sleep at night because of the loud sounds outside.

Location is fine, easy to find. Room is spacious

In the Saturday night, it felt like I was sleeping on the streets. Sound proof/window doesnt work at all. I could hear everything from the outside and it was so loud, so that I couldnt sleep at all. And also the personal stuff at the check in are not friendly

Good hotel to explore Granada city.

Excellent location, situated in the heart of Granada, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Walkable distance to the Alhambra and Cathedral. Room was clean and functional, with a single bed, TV and plenty storage space. The shower room was clean, great water pressure and nice toiletries provided. Very friendly and professional staff. I didn't try the bar or restaurant, so can't comment.

Walls were a bit thin and being situated next to the lift meant it got quite noisy at times. Parking with discounted rate of 18 Euros per night (remember to collect ticket from the downstairs booth before you go to the hotel) is in a public car park about 250 metres away, and being a Saturday afternoon in the city centre, it was full when I arrived, so I had to drive around Granada for a while until there were spaces available.

Very good

Expensive , but centrally located.

Room was comfortable and well set up. Staff were helpful. Short term car space outside for drop off of luggage. Had a good deal with nearby parking station.

Due to timing of stay (Spanish National Day) and local holy day on weekend, price was high for what you got.

Nice tradional well located hotel

Nice traditional well refurbished hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast is well assorted with fresh sessonal fruits. Good powerful shower with easy temperature adjustment. Comfortable bed and ample fully opening window. The room had a nice desk that I did not use as it was not a work trip.

Some parts of the wooden linings showed some age. I'd have liked some more milk options, there were just cold and hot, maybe soy or skimmed, or both...
