Great location very comfortable friendly staff

Expensive rooms considering we didn't have a sea view. Lounge service was poor on one occasion it took 20 minutes for someone to take our order

Beautiful but lacked a personal touch

It was grand and very beautiful. Gorgeous views.

For me, I just felt it was slightly impersonal and too big. As a family resort, lots going on, but not somewhere I would necessarily have gone as a couple. There was nothing bad about it though!

Very pleasant

Fantastic location. Near to shops bars the beach.

It a very large property. Service in the main areas can be a little slow. Breakfast, you need to go early as It gets packed its buffet and gets crowded. I would rate it as 4 plus but not a 5 star hotel

At dinner there was very little choice of food for vegetarians - there were lots for meat eaters but only two choices for non meat eaters - the snack bars had nothing to eat for us eather.. nothing at all? Also my wife asked for the cocktail menu at 8 pm at the bar and she was handed the menu but then when we went to order the bar staff said it was too late for cocktails and we could only have spirits, beers or wine! I also tried to take some plant based milk from the dining room to my room for a cup of tea however the restaurant manager would not let me leave the restaurant with this and room service did not understand me when i asked for this so i went without- i felt very let down by the 3 day break especially as i paid a lot of money which was supposed to be 5 star but it was far from that, the service was not good and definitely not worth the money i paid

Cosy and amazing.

- the whole hotel and the garden is amazing - very good animation - stretching, joga etc. - perfect location -friendly, helpful staff

- terrible espresso at breakfast and also in the bars - the cleaning maids loudly cheering an shouting every morning 8:00 a.m., so you wake with them that time - the foods are delicious but a little bit unanimous - the water is very cold in the pools, especially in the infinity pool

It was a geriatric home filled with old people, wheelchairs everywhere and it made me feel like I was in a retirement home. It was depressing.

The facilities were excellent, and the grounds immaculately maintained. The staff were excellent, with the exception of our initial check-in receptionist who might be better suited to a non-customer facing role.

the hotel parking costs extra and not private for the hotel guests and many non-hotel guest walking through the hotel
