Clean hotel and great staff

Arrived very early at 4am on a night bus and was allowed to check in to my room. Staff were very helpful. Location close to the bus pick ups / drop offs. Room really clean.

Good for long term travellers

Big room with a nice view. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were limited but good, we left super full every morning. Short walk into town.

The heater didnt work, the room was freezing. No soundproofing, could hear people having adult fun in the neighbouring room. Kids screaming in the hallway. Wifi was okay.

Good hotel near the main bus stations with nice staff

Location close to the main bus stations with very large chamber for a good price. Staff helped us a lot with the cable car up the mountain (calling the mountain station to ask if the weather was clear, booking the cable car, and cancelling it when the cable car didn't run for that day due to maintenance work) and getting the location of our bus clear (calling with the bus company for us).

Breakfast was a bit difficult (staff didn't speak english that good) and cats running around, eventually it was fine.

smooth check-in despite the very late hour of arriving fair breakfast in the hotel restaurant with a view fresh towels comfortable bed with firm mattress plenty of toiletries very helpful staff

cats in the restaurant (if you leave your food unattended for 5 seconds to get an extra spoon, a cat will steal it!) cleanliness in the room and in the bathroom should be improved (the room is dusty and there is limestone and old soap marks all over the bathroom)
