Exceptional

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the shower was hot. There was plenty of parking space and we couldn't have asked for a better location.

Close to village shops and Urquhart castle

Bit of a hike from car park to find the room, very small room, but cozy, only there one night, so not a big problem

Beautiful place, so close to Loch Ness

Beautiful place to stay, staff all friendly, breakfast is lovely, owner is incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend.

WiFi could be better, but due to location I understand why it is how it is.

Location is great close to the castle, not too far from Inverness.

Room was cold despite heating being on full. Had no housekeeping so we ran out of toilet roll and teabags. Cafe didnt appear to do hot food even by early afternoon the kitchen was closed.

the room we were given was very poor contain , it was freezing cold!! heaters were plugged in and switches on but they werent working .

Loved the location but know where to eat or drink as place across the wee bridge also closed early.

Location was amazing. Staff were nice and friendly Rooms basic.

Stayed on a Monday night and the restaurant and Bar were closed.

Very poor

Not the best when you have travelled for 5 hours to get to your accommodation with faulty shower.

Showers weren't working in 3 out of the 4 rooms, staff response was not quick enough. Bistro times were poor 9am to 4pm, asked for details of alternative places near by, never received any advice.

Hugely overpriced and insecure.

The few staff that there were gave exceptional service.

Despite clearly stating there was a bar and restaurant on site these were closed. Security terrible with nobody even aware that a homeless person was sleeping on our staircase and wandering corridors during the night due to unlocked access. Rooms were lacking very basic items like heaters and blinds and case stands. As a result my group of 5 rooms were embarrassingly over priced. I discussed this on checking out and I still hope for some refund!
