We had a pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay - the hotel was very nice, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed for good rest

The cleaning staff weren't replacing our stock of tea bags and coffee - they did so only once in six days; one of the two elevators was out of service, which meant more time going up and down

Lovely hotel in a handy location in Berlin for tourists, would recommend.

The rooms were a good size, with very comfortable beds. In a good location for the U Bahn. Made use of the nice spa facilities.

No sanitary products for females provided. And the Breakfast was far too expensive for what was on offer.

Great value with dated charm.

We were assigned room 715 which was very spacious! A kitchen, big bathroom and sort of open space with the bed and couch/sitting area. Views of street with lots of windows. Dated but in a cool way. Great bed.

One broken elevator and maids monopolized the one working elevator Long wait and then crowded with large carts. Our room had a big tub with shower; dated and bit of danger climbing in and out.
