Great hotel, perfect base for exploring Hoi An.

Everything. Great location overlooking the river. Bridge adjacent, short walk to historic area. Staff really helpful. Good to have a pool in a hotel of this size. Organised car for the day, transfers etc immediately and efficiently.

Great location, spotlessly clean, huge breakfast and delightful staff

Outstanding staff, especially Kate, who made our stay really top-notch with her suggestions for local dining and visits. Lovely clean hotel with comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Well locatedcan walk to everything but youre not in the middle of the tourist crowds (or the evening karaoke bars). Visit old town in the morning to avoid too much hustle and bustle. Hoi An is gorgeous, with so much history, but it seems to be almost overwhelmed at certain times of day with visiting hordes. We had an excellent and great fun BBQ experience at Moi, just around the cornernot for the faint hearted, but if you want to dine like a local! (Just dont order the beef tendons.)

We arrived late and were put in a ground-floor room the first night which had a dodgy air conditioner, but the staff were delightful and moved us the next morning as soon as we mentioned it.

Beautiful villa with great staff

Prime location , right next to the main street but not impacted by the commotion. Friendly staff who supported all our requests, including a comfortable ride to the airport, early morning. The welcome drink was also very nice. Architecture.

The hotel was booked out so we received a room overlooking the rear street which wasn't great. But understand the need for a steady flow of bookings.

Just a fantastic place to stay

There are so many things to like in Little Hoi An. The room was nice and clean with balcony overlooking the river - just a nice place to rest after intensive day. Breakfast offered huge variety of tasty options to choose from, so definitely each day had great start. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended, especially considering its hard to beat location.

Lovely hotel, great location.

Well presented hotel. Lovely welcome drinks and piece of cake. They upgraded our room without us asking, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a very generous buffet, western and eastern dishes available and eggs cooked to order. Vietnamese coffee not my fave but the breakfast tea did the job. Bought coffee elsewhere. The shower was lovely, though took a while to warm up! The staff were so helpful and sweet. Air con very effective. Pleasantly surprised by the fitness room not having an old lat pulldown machine (as pictured on their booking.com page) but a well-used smith machine and some dumbbells, complimentary water in there too. Did the job.

The bathroom door situation needs sorting - 2 sliding doors with glass in them is not suitable. They didnt meet in the middle and you couldnt use the bathroom in the night without waking up your partner with the noise and light. A proper fully-wooden, single bathroom door would be a very good idea. The bed & pillows were pretty hard, so, not good for my wifes bad back.

Cherry and her team were amazing. They endlsured our stay was comfortable. Breakfast offered a great selection and was always presented immaculately. Location was perfect , a stones throw from the old quarter.
