Exceptional

Beautiful hotel, we booked the adapted suit and it was great! Friendly service. Well connected to the metro station.

The restaurant food is not great, but the atmosphere and service compensate for it.

Interesting decor, perfect softness/hardness of mattress and pillows, Quiet room. Nice bathroom with good shower and effective hairdryer.

The ambience

The guest toilets in the ground floor were dirty (the ladies ones). Cleaning personnel opened the room door at 9am on the checkout day.

The heating is the only thing i didn t like. Is cold in hamburg and they set up 23C max..., but the staff was nice and manage it to bring a room heater:)

The hotel had a wonderful theme, rooms were beautiful and clean, location outstanding, breakfast was top notch and staff was very friendly! Highly recommend!

Quality

Was beside the zoo / aquarium, and close by to the barclays arena where we went to a concert. Easy to travel to from airport and train stations. Staff were realy friendly and spoke english. Great cocktails in the bar. Free minibar in the fridge!!!! :)
