Very comfortable hotel in Hamburg

Smooth (partial online) check in process. Very friendly staff! I received a free room upgrade which was a very nice surprise. I have stayed before, also in the regular rooms. The rooms are very comfortable. Location is very well and close to public transportation.

Superb

Friendly staff, comfy, clean, modern room with excellent en suite shower. Bed was very comfy. It was really special to find on our bed a little gift bag for Christmas. Thank you! The location was great, with an Edeka Up the road, and a bus stop opposite with regular buses into the centre. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as it was cheaper at the little cafe/bakery on the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Superb

It was a really nice hotel, they treated us really well. Small details like giving us an umbrella because it was raining, the small coffee machine in the room and things like that made our trip amazing. The location is really suitable, nice place and easy to travel by public transport. Thank you!

It is not worth the price for such a hotel.

Location is good Well connected transportation near the hotel Goid restaurants bear the hotel Good staff Quiet environment

Cheap amenities, not high quality (fridge, toilet papers, etc) The room had some stains on the curtains All in all, regarding the money you spend, it is not worth it. We have been in some other hotels cheaper but way better than this hotel.

Disappointing

Not again

Air condition was leaking water considerably, dropping onto the table. Breakfast was charged twice on the invoice. Booking difference back onto the creditcard was not possible. Email thread was not answered anymore. No new invoice provided.
