The beach

It is not a 5 star hotel . My son has bitten by monkey next To our room and the he did not carry any food . He was walking and he attracted by aggressive monkey . The pool is very dirty . It is a negated place

My nephew enjoy his birthday. The staff sang happy birthday to him. This was a huge team carrying pots and pans hehe it

I booked this for my nephews birthday party from New Zealand. Kudos to Faith Ndegwa, she ensured the room was in a good location and organised everything from room decor, cake and flowers. Everything was spot on!

Poor customer service from Reception team

The Catering staff were brilliant.. the beach is super clean

I booked a balcony room but The reception staff gave us ground floor rooms. They also gave us the oldest room on the property despite the fact the hotel has been refurbished.. I turned down the room . The concierge guy left us in the room and was gone for ages, when we went to check At reception we found him chatting with the receptionist- completely forgot about my son and I. They then moved us to an interconnecting ground floor room which I also turned down (zero privacy- we could hear the guest in the next room). Third attempt they gave us a refurbished room - still on the ground floor. The hotel was not fully booked therefore this type of behaviour is unacceptable.

Best Diani beach resort

You feel safe inside and it helps you relaxing. The service is really good, from room service for food to laundry and transportation arrangements. The Lemongrass restaurant is a very nice and romantic restaurant inside the resort. Worth visiting it even if you do not stay at the Leopard Beach Resort.
