Superb

Excellent facilities with great staff

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The access to the beach was great and the security on the beach made you feel very safe. Little things like preparing our room for the evening against mosquitoes and having towels for the swimming pool, made it feel luxurious

As we were not all inclusive there was only one restaurant to really eat at which was a pizzeria. We dined out one night which was lovely, but for a couple staying longer than 4 nights recommendations for dinner would be beneficial.

Very good

Very friendly staff in the entire hotel. I want to thank Esther Githae special. I forgot the documents in the room and she helped organize them to send them to me. Good beach, room and eat.

Sometimes there are castings at sea, but then the sea is comfortable

Very good

Fine food and drinks during whole day. Great Xmas dinner. Personel was mainly very good, well serving us. Nice room and whole hotel area.

Older equipment, quite loud aircondition, very poor wifi in room.

Good

This is a huge resort more geared towards kids & families on holiday. Wouldnt recommend for couples. I would recommend doing the half board option as you have more freedom to choose which beverages you would like which arent badly priced at all & you also have the option to explore the areas restaurants for lunch such as the Salty Squid.

The beach is not private so there are many locals that pester guests to buy things etc which put us off going to the beach as you cant just relax.

We did enjoy it but orobably wouldnt come back.

Stunning location, the caves in the hotel were impressive. Nice food.

Wifi situation was just horrible, it was either not working or super slow. Had to keep on buying my own data to stay connected. Staff was not very polite.

Superb

The room has a big baby cot and the meal plan was very great. I also liked the fact that they have kids club and they have staff to supervise the kids. .

The rooms are abit far from the beach and some of the staffs are not very friendly.
