    Great Room, Facilities and Location.Excellent Value.
    Staff all very helpful. Out of season visit to see friends so fairly quiet. Excellent room and Shower facilities. Easy location for Portals. No Breakfast or meals in Hotel but selection looked excellent.Pool closed. Perfect for the visit.
    Nothing that caused any problems. Cost of Bottled water quite high.

    Nice for a short stay
    Room was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and checkin was easy. View from the balcony was nice. Bus goes almost to the door
    The room was very hot, even when the heating was turned off

    the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped us with our needs. They were also very approachable so it was not difficult to request for some equipment such as adapters, etc.
    The toilet and shower room could have been better if it had clean floorings and tiles. One of the towels had stain on it which looked like fresh stain so that was a put off.
