The Le Boutique Hotel & Spa is praised for its friendly concierge staff, historic ambiance, and modern updates. The staff was attentive and provided helpful recommendations. The courtyard and spa were appealing, although not personally experienced. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

An excellent stay in a great city

Great hotel with unique spacious rooms that have everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Mini bar included. Extremely comfortable beds. Quality breakfast in a nice setting with a great selection of food. Location is excellent and metres away from the historical centre and great shops, monuments, cafes and restaurants. Lastly all the staff we dealt with were fantastic - friendly, efficient and professional!

Pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel situated in the centre of the city with helpfull friendly staff

Very friendly staff, helpfull and correct. Hotel is located very good, close to de city centre, breakfast is rich and tastfull

We didn't like the bathroom which was in de room itself (divided by a curtain) and showering was in the bathtub. We shared our inconvenience with the staff afterwards and they were understanding. Next time we have to express our wishes in advance.

A special hotel I have added to my short list of hotels to be sure to return to

Staff were very professional and ensured you were aware and familiar with the hotels services which were excellent. Parking was made easy in a city where there is no parking. The hotel public areas and rooms are stylish and well planned and the beds very very comfortable.

Breakfast was not good the tray arrived to my suite late with the key elements we ordered but none of the support stuff. Condiments, toast, plates, serving spoons, were not included on the tray. But the food was good.

Great location & kind staff

The location of the hotel was great, easy access to main areas of the city but within a quiet area. The sauna and cold plunge were fantastic - we used these facilities twice during our stay and loved it! A great way to wind down after a day of exploring. Staff were all very polite and helpful.

Short 2 night stay whilst travelling home from Spain to uk

Fantastic staff. We had a slight personal problem during our stay and Lucy, Numa, Zaid and the team went over and above to help us. It really was heartwarming that such lovely people were there to help in our time of need. Thank you.
