Beautiful views, great coffee, and cheap accommodation!

The staff is very friendly. The location has some beautiful views of the mountain. You can find everything you need here, from trekking tours, food, water, Hmong traditional food, water, laundry, etc.

In December it gets very cold, you have to use all the blankets because there is no heating system. It is very noisy. Motorbikes go up the hill during the night and early morning and can be very noisy sometimes. You can hear all the guest talking in their rooms because the wooden walls are so thin. When someone go to the toilet (which is shared downstairs) you can hear them walking and the floor vibrates..

The location is wonderful and the people who manage the place are very nice and always ready to please you. The laundry service was great, especially after the trekking. The food was super tasty.

I highly recommend this place even though it can be very noisy. You completely hear what happens in the rooms next to yours (people chatting, snoring, watching videos or listening to music), in the balcony and outside (motorbikes, children screaming and running, dogs barking in the night). The balcony is not private so you eventually end up remaining with the window closed in order to keep some privacy.

The best food I've ever eaten in Southeast Asia, especially family dinners The staff was super friendly even when we arrived at 2am Beautiful view next to terraced fields

There are only 2 toilets but it is very clean, sometimes dirty but not a problem for us

The house is very beautiful, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic Delicious food at super cheap prices, the house is located next to terraced fields with a very beautiful view Recommend you join the tours they offer which are great

Sapa is very cold, you should bring lots of warm clothes There are 2 ultrasound blankets in the room so you don't have to worry about getting cold while sleeping There are 2 shared bathrooms that are very clean Breakfast does not include drinks but that's not a problem for us because the room price is already extremely cheap

A nice homestay in Sapa

This is a very nice homestay, and in warmer weather it would be delightful! Unfortunately, I visited Sapa in a particularly cold period, and the property doesn't have much insulation. But once I was in bed (2 blankets provided) I was toasty warm, and the showers were hot. The breakfast was tasty (highly recommend the vegetable pho), but be aware that drinks are an extra charge. I did a trek through the homestay and that was good (our guide was great!).

If you are a person who likes luxury and comfort, you should not come here. This is a traditional homestay of the Black H'mong people, a place that retains all the cultural features of the H'mong people. a very nice wooden house, because the owner is very helpful and friendly, a place to get away from the bustle of sapa, the room price is extremely cheap so there is nothing to complain about With room prices like that, I don't understand why so many guests still demand so much.... If so, instead of staying here, they can stay at 4 to 5 star hotels. The food here is super delicious, the staff are friendly and hospitable, you should also join a tour they organize, it's great. far exceeded our expectations
