Very good

Decent hotel with everything available with in 5 minutes of drive

Location was very ideal Gym and sauna was great

The staff needs to be engaged with one task at a time they shouldnt left the customer waiting and doing all other things at same time Please let the admin job done by other department and leave receptionists alone to handle all the arriving customers

Rooms were cold during december, did not have an option to select temp & breakfast was poor

I must admit that staff were amazing, appreciated the cleanness and great location

Two things that were truly below standards. Breakfast was poor and room environment in terms of heating during december 2023. heating was centralized and room was cold, i could not control my room's temperature. I stayed there twice and faced the same issue.

When I booked this hotel ( at the beginning was for 3 days) but before that my 3 days ended I talked to the receptionist and I booked 2 more days and I paid her said no problem you have everything set up so youre going to leave the hotel on Monday! Surprise they take me out of the hotel on Sunday and they said no it was a mistake you can stay there because we already have this room booked for another person!! So you need to leave and I was like what? I have to take my things and go to the reception and looking in my phone for another hotel! That situation was horrible for me! They didnt care about my situation at all! Never recommend this hotel to anyone

Safe, clean and amazing hospitality

The room was beautiful, spacious and super clean. As two women, my mom and I really wanted to feel safe and this hotel truly is. There is security at the gate. The staff were so kind and hospitable. It was my birthday and the woman at check-in sent a cake up for me! It is well located. It cost us 1-2 JOD to take an Uber from there to Rainbow street.
