the property has an amazing view overlooking the hills and you just feel like clouds are surrounding you.

Its a bit offbeat location. Lansdowne is approx 30-40 km away from the resort.

An amazing place to spend time with family

The location is amazing, away from the city, amid forest, you can only hear birds chirping. Rooms are okay but the staff is super helpful and courteous. Took care of us a lot. Special attraction for us was an off road ride from parking to hotel facility. Those 2 mins were full of adventure and fun.

Facilities in the room, for example,bathroom slippers, iron, a mini refrigerator to keep eatables and better toiletries. Since it is far from city, more indoor games could also help people engage kids.

the pictures were impressive but the place is terrible. filled with bugs, mosquitoes, lizards, cockroaches, and all sort of bugs that you can think of..

Excellent place and property and a memorable stay. Will visit again !!!

Excellent location to spend quality time with family. We went in early June which was still warm and little humid but evening and night temperature were pleasant. The property is big enough to allow you to move around and enjoy the nature particularly in the early morning and evening where sunset view is gorgeous. Kids also get a chance to play the badminton and cricket. You have an option to go for long walks and Iungle Safari at Kalagarh Tiger Reserve which is nearby Quality and taste of food is exceptional and while it may look costly but given the place is on a mountain and far off from the town this may be a factor. All the staffs were courteous and the Property Manager Mr Rajendra is very supportive and someone who can go extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

1. Option to have few indoor games like TT or billiards. 2. For people staying longer duration (ex 3 days or more), fooding could have been offered at cheaper rates as a package. 3. In addition to the usual dorset door locks, there were no latches provided from inside of the door in the Suite so a suggestion was given to Mr Rajendra to have this provided to offer privacy.

Exceptional

Location was excellent. If you want to enjoy your vacation at secluded place, this is the best bet near Lansdowne area. You will get a real feel to live in an absolute raw jungle. You can spot a tiger if your lucky enough. Tip: Need to plan carefully if you are travelling with senior citizens as it might be little tough for them to climb up and down from your Hut to restuarant/reception area. Hospitality was superb.

wouldnt recommend it to someone looking for a good time in Lansdowne

the staff was excellent baring the manager. very helpful and simple pahadis being the backbone of the business

the manager is way too prudish for his abilities. didnt get the suite I booked and was given an alternative which had a bathtub however to use it you need to keep the tap on for probably a day or two. the geyser wasnt working so after much pleading they gave me a hot water rod which didnt work either the location is okay for someone whos like totally into wildlife and bird watching. Be ready to be ferried upto the property from the main road head as the road is only suitable for a vehicle with highly capable off roading abilities however dont be very optimistic as the availability of the vehicle will be decided by the manager who doesnt consider someone with an infant amidst heavy rain as the candidate suitable to be ferried up first.
