Cleanliness during the stay was the biggest worry. Break fast will be around 10 AM

Room size is big enough

Cleanliness during the stay was the biggest setback. Maid was so careless that until we ask she is not ready to clean the bathroom. She is not even bothered about the changing the bedroom bedsheet on daily basis Maid will come at 9.30 AM to prepare breakfast, who will be in room during that time in Goa, we all go there to visit places. Also finally 16,5K for single days is not at all worthy considering the cleanliness and location of the property

It was great and comfortable

Property is wonderful, has great location and parking space. Food was good and pool was clean.

Pool timing was from 8:00am-8:00pm, it should be allowed in the night as well. Sometimes we feel like swimming in the night as well.

Clean and good property. Excellent access. Unprofessional property manager.

Easy access to main areas. The property is clean and well maintained. There is a pool that is shared with the villa opposite. Bath towels are clean, toiletries are provided too. The wifi is perfect for use during a holiday. Breakfast provided is good. There is ample space for 6-8 people to stay and use the villa, good terrace with seating for guests.

The property manager drops by unannounced (came both days during our stay) Simple essentials like sugar and tea powder are locked in a cupboard, so you need to buy them separately if you want to make your own. (tea is provided at breakfast, and a few tea bags are left out) Without fully checking the property, the property manager held us back during check-out, questioning us about one bath towel and one hand towel being missing. He later found them upstairs, but the instinct was to accuse guests about these. Generally the most unsatisfying part of the stay here.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

Lagoon Apartment is at prime location. Both Calangute and Baga beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by walk. The villa is very good for groups for quite and enjoyable stay. Complementary breakfast is cooked in the villa itself, so it's like home food. They have Sony MHC-V13 home audio system, it's very good for party. A nice and clean swimming pool just shared with one more villa. A caretaker till 5pm to keep the villa and pool clean. Very helpful and accommodating, we checked-in at 12 am.

They have power backup, but not everything is connected. All lights and fans are connected, but we could not find any plug points connected with power backup. Though power cuts were not many, we wanted to charge phones during power cut.
