I do not recommend unless you are on a tight budget and a deep sleeper

Clean room and corridors, excellent location, cute design, good shower. I couldnt understand how this place has 1 star rating at first but then, read below.

The walls are paper thin, we could hear the people in the room next to us having s*x. The start to the stay was miserable. The woman at the front desk is shockingly rude and demeaning. When you book, they tell you the hotel is on a pedestrian street but do not give any information where to park, as is common with other hotels. Upon arrival, she was arguing with me and laughing at me when I asked her about parking saying that I should have called to ask in advance. I do not have a Spanish phone I cannot dial her. Her initial disrespectful interaction left us with a very poor taste of the hotel. Lastly, the lounge area has no heat so sitting there in the winter is very cold and unpleasant.

Great place in the middle of town. I really enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel!! Excellent shower; better than I have at home.. ;-) Good bed!! Great wifi.. Nice rooftop terrace with small pool. Very helpful staff!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Hotel and I cannot rave enough about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff. The front desk receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, and her friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome. Throughout my stay, the staff continued to impress me with their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly attending to room service orders, every interaction with the hotel staff was met with courtesy and professionalism. The genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff truly enhanced my overall experience at the Hotel, and it's clear that they take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Great location

The staff is amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place itself has a lot of nice facilities, like luggage storage and coworking space. The location is fantastic, you are right in the middle of the historic center. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was very good and the shower was fantastic.

There was a pretty bad smell in the room when we got there, we had to leave windows open for about one hour to change the air. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there were some dark hair fibres on the floor when we got there. The shower door doesn't have a handle on the inside, you can only grab the door from the top and open it to leave the shower (which is frustrating). The most annoying thing is that you don't have any chairs or table in the room, therefore no place for luggage or clothes. There is a small wardrobe which was full once we put the bet cover and extra pillows there. You need at least a chair placed there, it's very empty. Gave rating of 9 for the nice staff, otherwise it should be 8.

In the absolute center of the hystoric town All attractions were within a 15-minute walking range. Couldn' be better. Plenty of restaurants within 1 to 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel Very friendly and helpfull staff Room was quiet and clean & bed was excellent Small fridge in the room where I could cool my water and beer.

At night the room was warm and the aiconditioner control unit seemed overridden by a central system. (Resolved by opening the window at night) The single chair wasn't too comfortable for me. That was not really an issue for me as I spent most of the day and evening in town. I only returned for a good night sleep and for small sanitary breaks during the day.

Staying in Cadiz ? Don't miss this gem of a hotel !

Staff. Location. Room Sitting area for reading. Rooftop for chill out

This new hotel is a little gem in a great location (easy ten minutes walk from station), and even tho it is right in the centre, it is so quiet at night. I slept better than I do at home ! The bedroom was smallish but cosy with a lovely modern shower compartment. There is a sitting area on the ground floor and on the rooftop terrace where you can read in peace. Unreservedly recommend, and each of the staff are so nice and friendly. A great stay at a super reasonable price
