it was a budget friendly hotel that was convenient to restraunts, etc. it was a 15 min walk to busch gardens but it was

location was convenient. breakfast was included in price of stay.

Very rude lady in the breakfast area. roach in the bathroom no housekeeping. asked for extra towels that morning. was told they would deliver to our room. after a long day at busch gardens, returned to the room with no extra towels. wished they offered shuttle service to busch gardens.

Great location since it was very close to Busch Gardens, around the corner! There was parking available. A variety of fast food restaurants were close to the hotel. The hotel offers breakfast, which was ok.

close by Busch Gardens

I had to fix the elevator door last night as it was opening and slamming closed every minute for two hours. I finally got up at 11:30 and removed broken bits of debris from someone's luggage that was keeping the door from shut all the way I also had to fix the toilet in the room that was not flushing properly also was running constantly, the window blind in the room was not working. I had to adjust it to get it to work as well. Lucky for the hotel I'm a builder/handyman.

Good location

Location is super if you are planning to go to the park. Breakfast was simple, but okay and with plenty of space for guests.

The bedroom floor was filthy, which made my plantar black with dust, need walk with my shoes on all the time. Stayed for 2 nights and had no cleaning. The bathroom needs urgent renovation, looks like was left behind on the hotel's priority list. Very noisy halls with loud guests screaming and shutting doors late at night and early morning.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Our suite was two rooms. There room with two queens had no heating. The same room had towel racks falling off the walls. Door knobs that were not functional.

Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choices. Room was Clean and the attendant was very nice.

There were mattresses stacked up outside. The drawer in the dresser would not stay shut. They charge extra for microwave and fridge.

Not the same.. growing problem. Lack of effort from management to fight it in my view.

Lower price than most around. Makes trips affordable to a degree.

Roaches still spotted in the breakfast area. Breakfast eggs were room temp, and nothing was appetizing atleast pay some professionals to treat this growing infestation.. you went from a 4 star to a 2 star on google.. no wonder why. When I was a kid this place was worth visiting.
