Superb

Upon arrival we were given the wrong room that was currently occupied. We had reserved a double queen with sofa and had not received that originally, after I mentioned it was supposed to have a sofa, she immediately fixed this and gave us a brand new clean accommodating room. The staff was extremely friendly and kind.

Our kids said the pool was super cold.

Not my type of hotel, but not many choices in the area when youre traveling with a pet.

Older property with very basic amenities. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower. Would not come here again. Also very noisy with a lot of unsupervised kids jumping around at night. Not restful at all.

Worst place I ever stayed

Dirty pool ,towels every where in the lobby,our shampoo and conditioner were already used when we got the in the room, trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. Would have left to stay somewhere else but couldn't find a room at any other hotel in the aera
