Very good

Good stay. I usually use Hilton or Hyatt (member of both) and have high expectations. This place was not up to that bar,

Close to family. Good location for our needs. Well-maintained overall. Clean rooms. Cassandra provided over-the-top customer service. Seriously. I would return because of that alone.

Elevator was out, but Cassandra notified me immediately upon booking and moved our two rooms to the second floor. That was perfectly acceptable, and the entire customer service experience was impressive. Unfortunately, Room 210 was a bit stuffy. Air seemed unfiltered which affected the childrens allergies. I have no idea how anyone could have known or mitigated that, however.

Disappointing

Will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly.

Comforter was dirty, hot tub was out of order. Half of breakfast items unavailable, only two towels for four people, understaffed. Toilet paper holder was on the wrong side of the bathroom, could even reach.

Very good

The location is prime for the University and anything in the Yukon, NW OKC area!

Breakfast was good! Coffee was good and plentiful. Water was hot. Staff was helpful with anything that we needed. Room was clean and ready for us.

Pillows were stiff and too big. At least one needs to be softer. Elevator was slow and got stuck for a while with us in it so that wasn't great but staff was attentive. Front door sensor was going out so we had to pry the door open once.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good

Refrigerator and microwave not in every room. Need more chairs in breakfast room. My room needs new carpet; carpet stained and wrinkled. Needs painting inside. Elevator broke on first day there. Hot tub heater was broke. No juice available for breakfast.

Just ok

Front desk staff person was exceptional. She was friendly, very helpful and she was the best part of the stay.

For the most part, it was very outdated with obvious wear and tear. The breakfast was very limited and only 1 milk available. We got stuck in the elevator for just a few minutes as we were departing.

Check out was noon and housekeeping came in my room at 10am and we were still sleeping!!!!!

Disappointing

Wont stay here again would drive a little farther and stay some where else

Price wasnt bad going through booking

They advertised a hot tube.it was broken. Room was ok. Coffee maker didnt work no mini fridge. No trash can in the room only can was in the bathroom Not much light in the room only 2 lamps. Not much room to eat breakfast in the morning only a couple tables
