Good for the cost, underwhelming breakfast

The room was pretty clean, at least the surfaces I was interacting with, and smelled fresh. The rooms also seemed nicer than the rest of the hotel, so maybe they were recently upgraded. It was a spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. Good heating system. My room was close to the elevator, and the elevator was close to the entrance, so that was nice. They also let me self-select my preferred floor for no extra cost, but that was probably only possibly because I was there during the off-season. Easy check in and out process. Plenty of parking. Pretty good location, especially if you want access to amenities in the town (like walkable bars and restaurants). Great price. I chose not to receive housekeeping services during my stay, but it was available and they always seemed very friendly and professional when I ran into them.

The breakfast was really disappointing, especially for being advertised on here as "very good breakfast." I would call it "good" at best. It was one step above continental--hot with proper protein--but that was it. The eggs were mushy, the sausage kind of gross, the options were limited and didn't change at all. Everything was always cold within five minutes of sitting (or sooner), which made me worry about food safety. If this is a "very good" breakfast, I'm not sure what a basic breakfast even is--maybe a donut? On a smaller level, the shower faucet was very difficult to keep from leaking, and the toilet flushed endlessly unless you jiggled the handle. The hallway-facing walls were also thin, so I was often woken by people leaving their rooms in the morning. Also found some old popcorn under the couch while I was doing the check-out sweep.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staffs were friendly. Just around 15 minutes aways from Arches national park.

AC didn't have auto mode. AC was continuously running so overheated. So had to turn it off.

Excellent choice for a short getaway with the dog

Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Very dog friendly with easily accessible and well-lit pet relief area. The Wi-fi worked well with good signal. The TV was easy to use and worked well with the Google chromecast dongle I travel with. We stayed on an off season Sunday night and the rate was a very good deal. There is a $25 pet fee now, but that is still reasonable considering that many places now charge upwards of $50 to stay with your pet.
