Superb

Would stay there again if ever going back to Moab

The staff was nice and the room very clean and modern. Great location to walk into town and check out some stores and restaurants. We were there in December, but it seems that during summer there are a bunch of food trucks right across the street. Close to Arches Nationalpark. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

Excellent first-class hotel!

Great central location away from noisy truck traffic on Main St. Easy walking distance to most restaurants, bars, shopping. Beautiful building and interior spaces in hotel. We had a suite which was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Very good

Its a beautiful hotel and we loved the pool and jacuzzi. The location was convenient to Arches National Park. The front desk was helpful in getting us an additional night in the same room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was luxurious. Beds were super comfortable.

The only issue we had was with the shower head that would only point towards the glass door even after trying to adjust it.

I paid for this room for my sister for her and her fianc for their wedding. They arrived over an hour past check in then had to wait another hour to get their room. Then walked in and it was filthy. Dirty towels all over the floor, toilet paper roll on the floor, bed not made. Obviously hadnt been cleaned yet. I paid way too much for this room for that to happen. They moved them to a different room but offered no discount. The cost of this hotel is expensive and then for this to be how their visit started for their wedding in Moab I was not happy.

Location to Main Street

It was very disappointing to realize they put us on the 1st floor so we didnt actually have the beautiful view from the balcony that was pictured when I selected the type of room I wanted.

Comfortable & Luxurious Rooms

Lovely hotel, comfy rooms, great location. View was of construction but that couldn't have been helped since we had the last available room. Overall a lovely experience!
