Once check in resolved amazing stay!

Location. Room was very nice

They could not find our reservation and instead of just fixing it since I showed them my confirmation and everything the clerk was like well we do t have it and kept saying are you sure it is for this location? My confirmation plainly showed it was it was not until 2 others stepped in that it was corrected. The first clerk need to learn better customer service skills for these situations. Appreciate the other two that stepped in.

Nice budget friendly hotel

Property was clean, affordable and staff were nice. The outside area was pretty and taken care of. They had Christmas decor inside that my 2 kiddos loved.

Our room had a weird musty smell once the air/heat was turned on.

Friendly staff, but rooms need some tlc.

Wonderful staff. Friendly servers at the breakfast station.

Very strong musty odor in the lobby and on 3rd floor halls. We had to wash all of our clothes when we returned home. Furniture and fixtures were worn. Loud interstate noise.
