Disappointing

The location is good. Personnel are in general OK, but not very helpful. Bar was very good and entertaining.

Service was not good. Personell in breakfast were not helpful at all and very rude sometimes. Pool area (outside) is generally clean, but you won't get towel from service, as they said you have to bring your own or buy one from them. Very rare for a hotel with pool. Value for the money is actually on high end!

Location close to sea and amenities

Very tired hotel. Had to pay extra for a supposed upgraded room with double bed, even though I'd requested one months earlier when booked. In the end the bed was uncomfortable and room very tired with work going on around it. Couldn't be bothered to change again.

Great budget option, superb location and amazing staff!

This is not a 5*hotel, but the service is a 5-star service. It was a last-minute weekend break and I was looking for a budget option and didn't have high expectations, as this is a 3-star hotel. But the staff in the hotel - amazing people, super professional, polite and very friendly, definitely made me feel welcome. I booked a standard room, and they gave me the one on the top with the sea view, not because I asked, just because they had availability, as it's off-season and just because they knew it's nicer. So while booking - choose the poolside, which has much better views and if you stay on the top floors (5th and higher), you will enjoy your room much more. I haven't had any food in a hotel, as was on a mission to explore different places and restaurants, so I can't comment on that, but cocktails in the beach bar are super good - one of the best Aperol's I had!

The rooms have super thin walls... Can hear the teleworking in the next room and if any of your neighbours are up for a party - trust me, you are not sleeping that night. Can hear people walking in the corridor past your room, as if they are walking inside your room. The only way to get a decent night's sleep - earplugs - get ready :D But this is the only thing that bothered me, hence not a 10 stars. Everything else - super good, also considering the hotel is quite cheap. The hotel offers a taxi service of 22 euros to the airport - but if you call yourself an Uber it's about 11 to 17 euros, depending on demand, but I guess you are just paying extra for being lazy :D
