We stayed just one night as its close to the airport and we had an early flight. We had no expectations at all - but its a great option for a decent price, and the staff at the reception was the absolute nicest!

Bit noisy - its that type of building build, but completely fine for a night.

Comfortable, great value for money stay.

This is an exceptionally well-run, comfortable and spotlessly clean hotel which offers guests an excellent breakfast. The staff are pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. The Arcos offers a very pleasant stay and great value for money.

The friendliness of the whole staff Very good breakfast with plenty of choices Happy hour every evening Very handy for public transport and 3 minutes from the beach/promanade Would definitely return

If staff and cleanliness dictated star ratings, this would be 5*.

Amazing staff, lovely community atmosphere, spotlessly clean, bathrooms modern, bed comfortable. Great location for exploring the area. Happy Hour in the bar, bringing guests together for a chat.

My only recommendation would be a tea tray in the room. However, I was told by another guest, if you ask the staff they will happily provide a kettle and cups.

Overall amazing

Location was excellent. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.

On ground floor there was a lot of noise which disturbed sleep somewhat.

Very clean, good facilities and amazing staff.

Couldnt fault this hotel, easy check in with friendly helpful staff. Room good size, even with one of the biggest beds Ive seen and comfy. Good sized balcony, fridge to keep the drinks cold. Room along with the rest of the hotel was very clean. Bar area was nice, reasonable prices, again friendly staff. Have stayed in plenty of accommodation in this area and this was by far the best. The staff make you feel really welcome.
