The front desk clerk was very awesome and helpful she got me a better rate cuz it wouldn't do a split payment. She was very awesome

The shower handle fell off was not able to take a real shower to use the ice bucket The housekeeper ask my husband if we were staying over or checking out my husband said he wasn't sure to ask his wife (me) and.the house keeper was rude walked away mumbling o jeasis christ

Bad due to bed bugs.

My friend and I both got a ton of bed bug bites. Very disappointed. My arms and back are covered in bites. I'm worried the bed bugs traveled home in my luggage.

Great facility, great staff.

The coffee was excellent and not the coffee they are required to use. They should not be penalized for using a good coffee company. You should please the customer and coffee is a minor cost. I appreciate they still use good coffee regardless that they get docked by corporate. That is sad.
